Rachel Latin - Loan Officer

Rachel is a licensed mortgage loan originator with Fairway Home Mortgage and has over 15 years of experience in home finance. She specializes in first-time buyers, veterans, investors, and clients looking to upsize or downsize.

Rachel believes great lending goes beyond paperwork — it starts with listening. She takes time to understand each client's goals and builds a personalized financing plan designed for long-term success. At the core of her work is a belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to achieve the American Dream and build generational wealth through homeownership.

A lifelong Northeast Ohio resident, Rachel and her husband have owned three homes across Medina and Summit counties. They're proud parents of two sons who serve (or have served) in the US Navy and a daughter who is a Nurse Practitioner. Outside of work, she loves time with her kids and grandkids — and hitting the road in their new travel trailer with four rescue dogs: three Pembroke Corgis and an Australian Shepherd.
