Adorable and comfortable! This cottage has almost one acre of green rolling grass that overlooks the lake. 2 Bedrooms, Large dining space, laundry room, back deck and covered front porch. Newer vinyl plank flooring, fresh paint and open feel make this home feel airy. Newer septic has been serviced regularly and all the baseboard heating is brand new. This home is economical and easy to heat and keep cool. Tucked back on private roads and sits nicely on the 4 lots where there's plenty of room to have a bonfire, grow a garden or put a playset in. Just far enough from town with little light pollution so that you can see the stars clearly and watch the firefly's. Peaceful and serene with the country feel but easy access to Rt 14, I-80, I-76 and town. Trails nearby for 4 wheelers and such if that's your thing. If not there are trails to pick blackberries or walk your dog. Come see!
