Mortgage Budget Planner

  This is an Excel spreadsheet that I find to be extremely useful when planning a budget for buying a home. It's like the one your lender uses to figure out your front and back loan qualifications. All you have to do is plug in the numbers and it will figure out what you can afford before your bank tells you!

You will need to have Excel to download this other wise click open and internet explorer should allow you to use it. It is free of charge but please do not link this file to any other sites! Click the link and save it to your computer. Trust me it's totally safe and if you have any problems give me a call!
